Rise and shine: for an adventurous day ahead
Our long experience as innkeepers has shown us: If you have a good morning, the positive energy will carry you through the whole day. If you greet the day with a broad smile on your face at sunrise, the day often goes smoothly. It must be regional and home-made with love. If you have already read our Philostory, then you know:
whatever we do, we do it well. We are passionately committed to nature. Whether you enjoy it indoors or outside on the terrace in the warmer months - breakfast is one of the absolute centrepieces of Hubertus, because it is the perfect start to the day.
The early bird catches the worm. Surely you know the saying. But it's not entirely true, because it doesn't happen all by itself. But almost here at Hubertus. With freshly baked, fragrant bread, dairy products and eggs from local farmers, nutrient-rich and vitalising grains and seeds, all sorts of produce, specialities from the sausage and cheese sector, you can do this very easily.

A holiday morning can be really sweet, because it is a real treat. That's why you'll find homemade cakes, croissants and homemade jams and preserves in different colours and even more different flavours among the other delicacies on our buffet. Now that's yummy!
